This was when I only had paint and Irfanview. I colored the legs blue on Irfanview, then used the polygon tool on paint. and I did the same with the arms.

Irfanview? Hrm. Well... How I edited this, I used the star tool thing on paint and traced it, then copied and pasted it into Irfanview. Then there is this menu and it says Image. YI clicked on that and a list came down. Then I went to Swap colors and picked the color I wanted. ^^
