ChiiI can't remember where I found this. This is Chii ( or Chi, depending on how you want to spell her name) from the series "Chobits" by CLAMP. The manga is excellent. The anime mostly follows the manga, except for the end, which the writers totally f *cked up. What in the world were they thinking????!!!
