Um, help me. Im trying to learn how to make Chakra look reall like yall help plz! ^^

I'm not sure, I haven't made chakra before... But you could just select the area you want chakra to be and color it with a low opacity or something like that

If Your Using Paint.net, Yoo Make a New Layer, and Use the Paintbrush, and Use 2 or 3 Colors. I'll Use Blue as Ex. A Darkish Blue, a Lighter Blue, and a Reeaaallly Light Blue, and Paint Over the Areas Where Theres Chakra, and Use Gaussian Blur to Whatever Yoo Want. XD
