Yep in the manga the silver crystal makes Crystal Tokyo's citizens imortal if I remember right.Rini looks small cause she suddenly stoped growing when she was 5.

Rini started growing again after she becomes Sailor Mini(Chibi)Moon for the first time.In the manga she transforms because Sailor Pluto died from stoping time.She was'nt supposed to ever do that.

Sailor Moon Super S was the last season dubbed here in america.Queen Nahelenia was a queen sealed in a mirror,and used kids dreams to preserve her youth.Helios is the protecter of dreams,and the golden crystal.He transformed into Pegasus and hid himself,and the golden crystal from Nahelenia in Rini's golden dream mirror.Which Nahelenia wanted.

Yes Nahelenia did get hold of Rini's dream mirror,and Helios.when Nahelenia could'nt use the golden crystal she was angry.Then when Sailor Moon tried to rescue Rini she threw her over her balcony so she could take revenge on Serena for looking at her with sad eyes.

Don't worry Serena saved Rini by turning into Princess Serenity,and waking Rini up and Rini also transformed into her princess form.

Helios was saved too,and apparently will marry Rini once she's older.As for Nahelenia she returns in sailor stars(the final season it only aired in Japan).She nearly makes Rini disappear when she puts darien under a sleeping spell.Which would've been permanent by the next day when the sun rose.
