It was from the magna. She was talking about Rin and Kohaku. A Hellhound grabbed Rin and Kohaku and jumped in the Meidou crescent that Sesshomaru created with Tenseiga. He kills it and the three of them continue to hell but when they get there Sessoumaru realizes Rin is dead and he can't revive her. Back in his mother's palace, Sesshomaru is lectured by his mother for the need to have a compassionate heart. She revives Rin with the Meidou-Seki and tells Rin a person can only be revived once by the Tenseiga.
