Don't look if you don't like it. You can marry your second cousin just about any where. You might not want to have kids with a realitive cause they might end up with webbed toes of something but you could. Back in the 1400 to I don't know when Royals would marry and have sex with family members to keep the blood line strong. You didn't want to dilut it with common blood.
