Mojo-Jojo talks repetitive like that and says the same thing over again but in different ways each time he says it like the pic. It's simply piking on Neji because he speaks repetitively about destininy and if your weak now, you'll always be weak over and over on and off the battle feild...........and stuff. I talk too much i know.....erm
