No. That's not how DNA works, most likely, since Sasuke has two diffrent hormones; also since the male sperm mostly makes up the baby, it will be the Sharingan for a boy (most likely), even if a girl, she has a great chance. Now, a white sharingan would take over 50 generations with the same sharin/byaku pairing in order to get it PURELY, and there must be no other pairing. OMG, I'm a geek! P.S: There's a high risk that the traits of the parentals might compete; deforming/killing him/her.
