How can Edward Elric not be an Angel when he has inspired so many souls to go on and fabricate stories about him, when he's lifted so many smiles out of dark abysses, cradled broken hearts in his hands that transform all they touch into creating tear inducing poems....how could he not be an Angel when he has brought us to our strong legs to use them?!

Excuse me? He stompped on God's territory with his human transmutation. That would actually make him a sinner. And in Dante's Inferno, all alchemists went to hell... So theologically, Ed is not an angel and he could never be one.
