It's not that hard once you understand how it works - you simply need to draw what you see. (This sounds simple, doesn't it? ^^) Or said different: I looked at several Ino pics before drawing this so I would exactly know how she looks. You can't draw anything if you don't know what it looks like.

draw what you see... yeah thats what they say att all the great art school XD j/k well i tried that but it dosent help when you cant draw
