Chihiro Confuzzeledthats not long after a fight, the jacket's like that because they tried to chop her head off, and amied too low, but because of her white chakra it grew back(i know that sounds dumb), she's also missing most of the other sleeve.

Chihiro WILL hit you!!I couldn't be bovered to edit over Sakurea's over-hanging bits, any way here's a bit of storyline:
She loses a fight and then gets found by a little girl and takes Chihiro back to her village. Chihiro wakes up after about 6 months and, ofcourse, the Akatsuki members think she's dead. As it turns out that the little girl's village, is where Chihiro's used to be, and there's a bijuu sealed in this different section of the village and guess who turns up...
