today was clear, today was with alittle fear, today i became calm, today i stand up, today things are different yet the same, real emotions real comotions same as in sixth period class same flow same voices so high that the classroom almost blows, but today, i realise i am not the same person...i realise i am new but not sure if i am improved, some things the same, something new, time is drawing near time is going without and with fear, summer is here , new city new school, ready to try and take on the big school, ready to go to the big school of oh she is so cool and he is such a fool, the school of hard knocks, the school of heavy hearts, the day is clear the day is neer and i am new and so are you...i am me..and i dont need ....to be afraid

yesterday was unfair, today is what i can bare, the night fell in my sorrow as i sleep like the angel whos soul is hollow, but today i follow, cause today i am me and tomarrow i will say to god lend me your strangth may i borrow, i am joyful i am strong,i am bright and i am made of fat skin and bone, rip away the layers and it shows my soul, and inside there are times when there is a hole, but each day i awake hoping that the day will be better, as i write my letters, i realise...i am me, no one can tell me, who i can be cause i deside who i will be, summer is here summer is near, off to the city off down the block now i come to the school of hard knocks, i say this now and i will say this prourd, i am a boy on his way to a man, i do what i can...cause i know i can...thank you...
