Misaki's father, Tsubasa, is dead, he died before she was born. BTW this is Shippuden. i told you guys I skip around alot XD Spoiler So you know how Pein attacked the Leaf Villiage? Yea, well Misaki was killed by one of Pein's many bodies. It's kind of like how Kakashi got to see his daddy before he was brought back. Misaki is brought back, also...End Spoiler
