Ok if u saw my Tenchi pic u know what this if for, this one only has a slight blur im not sure I want effects with the way it looks~

(ill test it ;D XD)

Anyways as u can see rai-rai is all sad�.. And note this lil factor, he�s on K and its raining�. Now we should ALL know by now, rai-rai loves rain especially on such a rare occasion on K. . .

Anyway yeah�. I LOVE <3 how this came out x3

well the backgroudn is part of the original picture but the rest of the lgihting i jsut did in layers~ copying the originla xD but yeah i used paint.net

its doesnt i used like 50 layers XD (not relaly 50 but mroe tehn 10 for sure) and used gaussion(sp?)blur on1 for every layer except the outline~
