Tise and Taro

Taro's very protective of Tise and hates seeing her and other people cry he where's her clan symbol on his sleeve because her Clan includes people from other families *meaning Tise and Taro aren't related* Taro is a pretty relaxed person who works with Ice based jutsu he has blue-ish white highlights too but you can see them in the picture and his eyes are golden :3 Taro is easily annoyed like Tise but dosn't have her temper
