Currently, Ino is in control of Sakura's body, she was going to make Sakura forfiet the match, but Naruto called out to Sakura, telling her she couldn't lose. So in this pic, Ino's in control and the part where it says "Naruto is so annoying" and "He's right I can't lose" are Sakura's thoughts. MEANING, that Sakura must be breaking through Ino's control if she is able to hear Naruto. ^.^
