It looks like Sasuke caught Sakura to warn her of somthing and she started to beg for him to come back to Konoha, but he suddenly covered her mouth, because Orochimaru and or the sound nin were coming to look for Sasuke. And if he was found with Sakura, an nin from enemy country, that would be all too bad. That would be amusing to see, if it were in an episode. OH! I can have a whole episode planned out for this pic. I could go on and on.
