they're leaning back to back so one can see on one side, and the other one can see on the other side. they're probably in danger, i haven't seen this episode...still...it would be cool to be gai right about now...

Yes, they are in big danger here. They're attacked by sand nin and oto nin including Orochimaru. I love that scene because THE two rivals IMMEDIATELY work together like they've been best friends for years. They are a perfect team, and that shows that in fact they like and respect each other a lot. Sigh... I could watch that pic for hours.
