Weird. IN my book it says she's green and Gary is blue. >.<;

Technically speaking ur right about it in the games. Back in Red and Blue versions (Green in Japan) there was concept art of a female character believed to be the female counterpart to Red, but was left out of the game for an unknown reason. This girl kind of resembles her and the artist may have made this with that knowlege. Later her design was reworked into Leaf; aka the girl thats playable in FireRed and LeafGreen. But in the Manga Special her name is indeed blue.
