Her hair is what makes her stand out,and the fact that she is Tsunade's apprentice.That also makes her stand out.

Tsunade only made her her apprentice because she took pity on the poor girl. And anyway she doesn't stand out in a GOOD way

Tsunade had a choice to say no.She saw that Sakura had potential,and said yes.She does stand out in a good way,people are looking at her super strength not her hair.

She does'nt just punch the ground.She does medical ninjutsu as well,and you have to be skilled at chakra control to do any of it.

Have you seen shippuden? All she does is punch the ground!

Of course,if you watched Naruto shippuuden 11 you'll see she uses medical ninjutsu to remove poison to save Kunkuro(sorry if I mispelled that).
