I can tell that this is fake pic easily. For one I have Photoshop on my computer and I can tell how they could alter it. Some of the lines are darker than some areas and the most obvious detail is that the lower right part of his hair is smudged slightly. They probably blurred some of it to make it blend, but if you look closely you can see it. Another flaw would be that Shino's hair usually has two shades of dark brown and black. So I hereby state this as a fan-made fake.
