That's not actually Naruto. It was a filler episode where there was a clan whose kekkei genkai allowed them to 'steal' the face of anyone they chose. One of them was running around looking like Naruto and kept buying stuff that the real Naruto had to pay for later.

oh yeah i saw this episode,and poor naruto got his face punched in because sakura was pissssssed off becuse 'he' said how ugly u fell on ur ass u dumbass and so on or something like that just watch the show i think it #175. it was kind of funny but for every bodys sake and life dont get sakura-sama mad it scare me pewpew
