*sigh* It says right at the top that it's Sasori and Sakura. And Sasori is an Akatsuki member they fight during the Rescue Gaara arc. (P.S. fluffy-love: He does look like a vampire. Laughing )

Sasori is an Akatsuki member as Mizure said (typed, whatever.) He's a puppet master and an actual puppet himself. Go to wikipedia for more details about him.
