This is part of the ending credits of Naruto in one of the later seasons. Its mostly about Naruto remembering when he first met Sasuke and how he was jealous of how good he was and how he wanted to be just like him during their fight. It was really sad and all cause Naruto was saying that they both became best friends but maybe he just assumed they were cause Sasuke was trying to kill him and that he was just a fool for thinking that.
