I'm wondering how Ed's leg doesn't start getting pulled down through the sand (which is evidently deep enough to pull Al under) ... Well, his Automail leg, anyways.

If his auto-mail leg were really that heavy, the poor boy wouldn't be able to walk very well. It's obviously lightweight as opposed to Al's heavy armor.
