Hey D.J.Angel that piece of paper is some kind of magic spell put up by paladin Anderson who he is fighting it supresses his black magic e.g change shape or call any demons etc hope this helps.

yeah, anderson uses those pages (and bible pages) to prevent Alucard from using any spells against him. He's a cheating git. Stupid human. (anderson, not you!)
