That is Tohru, because this is from the 10th manga. This is where Momiji suggest's they break melon's to celebrate Hiro's mom being pregnet, ans Haru smashed that melon open with his fist. Tohru is thinking of Kyou because he told her that it was stupid of her to try to break one open withhr fist because she lacked training and would wind up hurting herself. And because of that, she's grateful, hence why she's thinking of him with that expression on her face.

It's Kagura. o_O; Tohru'd never think of Kyo with such an expression, she'd be more thoughtful looking. And anyway, her eyes are brown and her hair is brown... not black.
