No but close. They are watching the final stage of the Chunin Exam and in the preliminaries her cousin neji really injured her during their fight together (he punched her heart or chest using his chakra/technique). She was cough really badly(cough blood)while watching the fight between Neji and Naruto. But she was healed. Naruto won that battle and knocked some sense into Neji. I don't think Kiba likes Hinata but CARES for her because they are a team. He respects Hinata's feelings towards Naruto.

Hinata/Kiba is an interesting combination. However, both of them look very cute here.
