sorry for the spoilers but...how could sasuke forget about all the things he lived through with naruto and sakura, they were best friends, he even risked his life like soo many times for naruto!!?

Yeah, they just won't admit it or anything, not even to themselves. Still, you can tell they totally care for one another. Like in this pic! Naruto's holding poor Sasuke-chan! What would've made the moment better, was if Naruto would be all like "Don't die yet! I love you!" or something, and Sasuke would wake up and hear that and...well, you decide the rest! ^_^
