The GITS:SAC universe isn't the same as the movie or manga. They haven't proved the Major's bisexual in the show. She's just a woman having a sleepover with two gal pals.

I absolutely adore this show. Motoko is super confident in her sexuality, which fans and whole lot more flame into my theory that she is bisexual.
