That's not Tsukasa, It's Elk and that's not Bear it's Orca and the bunny lady is actually a cat and It's Mia. From the .hack games. This is in the .hack//sign episode Unison. it takes place after the games and show, and it's basically a big party to celebrate that the world is now free of Data Bugs and Morganna is gone.
