It's actually from a FMP! novel (the anime and manga are based upon illustrated novels) and this is taken from the novel 'End of Day by Day' set a few months after the anime series. Kaname is taken down an assassain all on her own, using a taser Sousuke gave her for protection.

OK, CAN EVERY BODY JUST SHUT UP FOR ON MINUTE? The fact is that it is a really interesting and good picture with out any visual color. So there is no
reason to criticize so harshly especially just because she is depicting
nudity in shower shower/rain/roof what ever, but it is just ecchi not
hentai. Male humans might find it interesting and nice but females
might find it diturbing and annoying cause it is depicting their own gender.
My opinion is in the center of the intolerable conversation...(inc).
