It looks like he stangled her. x3 But all jokes aside, I think this episode derives from when InuYasha had to fight off a large demon. He couldn't do it alone, so Kagome stood behind him and braced for him. Thus, when the demon was gone, Kagome fell on her back. Some Kikyou x InuYasha fan must have frozen the picture there...Clever, but a little annoying.
