hey hey hey... Akito is female ONLY in MANGA!!!!! I prefer HIM, like as a male... Okay, he's EVIL, but I ADORE the bad guys. I think he was kinda cool in anime in episode 13....  But the bad thing is, that I just looooove other males in Sohma family (okey, maybe just Kyo, Yuki, Shigure and Ayame. AND ESPECIALLY HARU!!!!  <3<3<3<3<3<3<3 loooooove!) i was chatting with my friend from japan about this yesterday...didnt you ever wonder why shigure is so nice to akito? shegure is in love with akito, but akito i a meany and is cheeting on shigure with the year of the hourse.the books are out in japanese first then english, my fiend told me what the said. AKITO IS A FEMALE. Akitos mother wanted to gain power in the sohama family so she raised akito as a boy. really people look at that face, that looks like a sexy female in drag to me, even in the anime.
