Sasuke looks fat. Kishimoto can't draw the male figure to save his life... The chest supposed to be wider than the hips, not the other way around. He makes all men look like breastless women...

um...isent that just his style of drawing it cant be worng if thats the way he wanted it

its a 15 year old boy whos body isnt fully grown, and besides that string or what ever its called around hes waist makes it look bigger then it is, so do what you normaly would do and picture him without clothes -_- *shiver* then the waist will be much thinner

I think it may also be the perspective a little...
