*clears throat* Her name is Mana Kirishima, she is from a non-US released Japanese dating RPG called NGE: Girlfriend of Steel. Basically you're Shinji and you gotta get with this Mana chick. She's a cute character, but personally I think she looks too much like Shinji's mom and it creeps me out.
