A promise is a promise..
When battling the elite four, I told Raichu if he did good, I would get him a car. Well, he did good. But I forgot. Then, tonight, when battling Lance I told him that I would get him a fancy new car If he did well. And he did. So here is Raichu showing off his shinny new car.
