I hate the German version -.- So bad, believe me. Foe example, they showed how Gaara killed those guys during the Chu-Nin exams (I think they were reain Ninja), but the same time they cut out how Orochimaru bit his dumb because they found it too bloody/cruel. Cat, the anime is called "Naruto". The story... Uh, best would be you use wikipedia and search for "Naruto". It would take much too long to explain the story here. Basically, it's about Ninja. This character is called "Ebisu", but this certain picture is an edit I made. Ebisu is not a very popular character but I like him a little. He's mean at the beginning, but he's intelligent and in my humble opinion underrated.

It happens near the beginning

Oh, okay. Ebisu is the teacher of Konohamaru and his friends (forgot their names - something like Udon and Mochi). He doesn't like Naruto because of the fox demon. Later, he becomes Naruto's teacher, but soon gets knocked out by Jiraya.
